Delilah and Serena are obsessed with working out. They want to have perfect bodies before summer, so they are desperate for shortcuts. One day, they find these vintage workout DVDs to follow, an excellent excuse to get their cardio. What they don’t know is that this “workout” DVD is actually an exercise-themed porn scene!
